Gorilla® Heavy Duty Expanding Foam is a multi-purpose, fast curing* expanding foam, that fills, seals and insulates.

Great for a variety of applications, the straw allows expansion into gaps and cracks without excessive overflow for a neater finish – perfect for sealing out any air, moisture and even pests!

Great for attics, ducts, doors, windows, skylights, crawlspaces, floors, masonry, plumbing, vents, ceilings, walls and more!  Bonds: PVC, Brick, Concrete, Insulation Materials, Plaster, Plastic, Wood, Metal and more!

**For outdoor applications, cured foam must be painted or coated. Exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration.

Preparation
Always wear eye protection, gloves, and proper work clothing when using foam. Cured foam is difficult to remove from skin, clothing, and other substrates. All surfaces should be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease and oil. Shake can for 60 seconds and immediately attach the straw applicator by screwing firmly onto valve stem. Test dispense pressure/foam expansion in an area separate from your project.

Apply
Squeeze trigger to release foam. Product dispenses best when can is inverted. When applying foam, only fill crevice up to 40% as foam will continue to expand after dispensed. Foam may continue to expand out of the straw after use. *Foam will be tack free in 8-12 minutes, can be cut after 45 minutes, and will fully cure in 8 hours. Cure time is dependent on temperature and humidity. Once cured, trim excess foam. Cured foam can be trimmed, sanded, and painted. Do not leave cured foam in direct sunlight without painting.
